Hello We have lived in this apartment, you can't expect service. The manager would always say don't talk to me ( What a jerk), and even after moving out, they wouldn't send you the statement and deposit in time and then they would charge you for all that. I thought of fighting them in court as I know I am right and they didn't follow state law. but to avoid legal timeline, I just accepted it, but sure NOT RECOMMENDED at all.
The structure is so bad, you can actually hear neighbors talking in their house. We used to police often at this apartment all the time. To get something done, have to drop complaints at least few times in drop box. Office is barely open and current manager is very rude too.
